You know, Japanese are health freaks.
Many people still love to eat expensive white rice but now eating healthier rice is very popular thing to maintain own health because we eat rice every day. Normally eat brown rice but eating the white rice with a mixed pressed barley or white rice with mixed grains is also popular too.
Recently, ancient rice, that rich protein and vitamins and minerals compared to white rice, is known and will have attracted attention as a health food.

Many researchers say black rice is currently one of the healthiest food types, and only black rice contains the antioxidants known as anthocyanins, purple and reddish pigments — also found in blueberries, acai berries, red onions and kidney beans their rich coloring. Many researchers say the anthocyanins may offer anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and anti-cancer benefits.

As a soap maker (designer)/Beauty therapist, I wanted to use black rice as a soap ingredient. So, I order the black rice powder from Japanese farmer.
First of all, black rice is not black when they got powdered. More like purple.
I wanted to create the soap for dry, dehydrated and mature skin condition.
Expecting the black rice as the source of antioxidants and added beautiful Australian Molasses to moisturize the skin.
